Plooto’s platform is easy and satisfying to use. There are just a few menus to get used to, so it should only take you a few minutes to get up and running.

Speaking of getting up and running, Plooto walks you through the whole setup process. After you register, you’re asked for some basic information about you and your business. From there, you’ll have to upload a form of photo ID, link your bank account(s), and connect Quickbooks or Xero (whichever one you use).

Once you’re done with all this, you can begin using the platform.

Final Word

Plooto is refreshingly simple in nearly every aspect, too. Its UI is intuitive, pricing is easy to understand, and support is quite accessible if you ever have issues. AP and AR are easy to manage and automate with Plooto, and the integrations with banks, Quickbooks, and Xero streamlines your operations. The only glaring downside, aside from high international transaction fees, is that Plooto is relatively barebones compared to competitors. Receipt scanning and some other helpful tools aren’t found in Plooto for the moment. Overall, Plooto offers an excellent platform for businesses that do business domestically and need a simple AP/AR automation tool to streamline these areas.
