Essentials

Essentials will run you $19/mo if billed annually, or $29/mo if you pay monthly. For that price, you get all of Vcita’s business management and basic invoicing features, plus an online lead capture widget, integrations with Facebook and Google Reserve scheduling, automated payment reminders, and a $100 monthly SMS credit.

Business

For $45/mo (annual billing) or $59/mo (monthly billing), Business offers everything found in Essentials, plus email and SMS marketing campaigns (you can send to up to 5,000 recipients), campaign automation, SMS notifications, and reminders, and the ability to add one more team member. Your monthly SMS credit jumps to $250 with Business. Business customers also receive one setup and installation session.

Platinum

Platinum includes everything in the previous plans. It adds more customization for automated campaigns and custom email templates and notification schemes for payment notifications. The Platinum plan also boosts your maximum email recipients to 10,000, bumps up your monthly SMS credit to $500, offers you another setup and installation session, gives you access to priority customer support. In terms of team features, Platinum increases team size to five, lets you set staff roles and permissions, and automate task assignment to specific staff members. All of this cost $75/mo if paid annually, or $99/mo if paid monthly.

Platinum 10 and Platinum 20

Vcita created Platinum 10 and Platinum 20 to better serve businesses with larger teams. Both contain every feature in all other plans. Platinum 10 lets you add up to 10 staff members, bumps your monthly SMS credit to $1,000, and increases your maximum marketing campaign recipients to 20,000. It costs $117/mo (annually) or $139/mo (monthly). Platinum 20 boosts your max team size to 20, increases your monthly SMS credit to $2,000, and removes limits on the number of people you can send marketing campaigns to. Platinum 20 costs $196/mo (annually) or $239/mo (monthly). Vcita fully onboards all its Platinum 10 and Platinum 20 customers, taking the stress of doing so off yourself. Plus, you get priority customer support.
