The website is easy to navigate. With everything in one place, you can manage your pay, benefits, and time off all at the same time. In comparison to other companies, ADP’s PEO service is very intuitive.
A truly outstanding PEO
It is hard to find a company with better customer service than ADP. Payroll and benefits are handled by a representative assigned to us. We feel like our business is their sole concern. The team goes above and beyond whenever possible to ensure that I have all the information I need to lead my team. When they cannot be reached, their respective teams do well to assist.
Nothing I dislike thus far.
Easy to use
This is a very comprehensive product that allows us to accomplish our tasks. We were able to prepare payroll accurately and have HR-related information in one place.
Comparing this product to the previous one we used, it is more expensive.
Okay Provider overall
ADP is generally a good company to use at a company for payroll, reporting, having everything done electronically and streamlining processes. We also use ADP to integrate with some of our tools.
When you have a question about payroll or in general, ADP's support is terrible. Payroll can be stressful. Implementation support is also inadequate.

Have had no problems with ADP.
Their mobile app is super easy to use and supports features such as face recognition so it is never an issue to gain access.
No notifications or updates about payments.
Comprehensive payroll system
Everything needed in a good payroll system I can find with ADP. All documents, pay stubs, and W2s are easy to download/export from the dashboard.
Very to the point and great for managing HR related tasks.
The system occasionally glitches, but it is never a problem to edit times manually after.
