Leader's is a true leader in the world of MS

Leaders have been a great business choice for me! I can't imagine being with any other company. Although I had a few issues due to my unfamiliarity with the process, they were hands-on and the quickest responders to any issue. One of the best things about Leader's is that they always provide excellent instructions when needed!

Leaders Merchant Services is the best!

Leaders Merchant Services is definitely the best processing company I have worked with.The whole application process was quick, easy and painless. I am paying low rates and when I have any questions about my billing statement/charges, their customer service team is professional and patient. I highly recommend Leaders!

A Card Processing Company that has it all

A Card Processing Company With Everything I Was Looking For Finally a card processing company that has competitive rates and low fees. And deposits from transactions hit my account quickly. The few times I’ve needed to speak with customer service they’ve been very professional and helpful. Thank you, Leaders!

Cannot seem to get honest or informed answers to issues. They claim 24/7 365 customer service but it will take hours on the phone on hold and no solution.


OK pricing and willing to work with you.

Worst Service Ever

I received a Pax A920 and followed instruction to call their install and training department just to learn that they don't like picking up calls nor returning calls. After spending 2 hours running around trying to get my PAXA920 running only to learn that it doesn't work. It took them another week for it to work. But that didn't take long for it to go down. So for 4 weeks since I got the terminal, we get to use it for 3 days. The sales rep disappeared, doesn't answer phones, doesn't respond to email.


None that I can see


- Terrible Customer Service
- If the machine is down, it takes them 3 days to get back to you (no promise of getting it fix, just to get back to you). If cash flow is important for your business, STAY AWAY FROM LEADERS MERCHANT SERVICES.
