Platinum

The Platinum plan is $99/mo (or $75 when billed annually). You get all the business package features, 10,000 recipients per month, and 500 SMS credits. This plan is available as Solo or Team (up to five members), and the investment doesn’t change.

Platinum 10

Platinum 10 costs $139/mo ($117 if billed annually) and supports ten users. You’ll get everything in the previous plans, 20,000 campaign recipients, and 1000 monthly SMS credits. Full onboarding by the vCita team for setup and installation is also included.

Platinum 20

The Platinum 20 costs $239/mo ($196 when billed annually), and you can have up to 20 users. Your sending limit is unlimited, and you get 2,000 SMS credits, which is fantastic. Full onboarding is also included.

Ease of Use

Despite the number of features present, vCita isn’t challenging to use. However, absolute beginners may find it tough at first because there aren’t many guides or helpful tidbits available as you explore each feature. But the user interface (UI) is clean and straightforward. So most people should figure out the platform in less than one hour of becoming a user.

Customer Support

There’s a ‘help’ button at the top right of every page when signed in. From there, you can search their knowledge base, submit a support ticket, and access other support options. Customer support typically responds within 24 hours.

Verdict

vCita is a platform with many functionalities, and that enhances its email marketing offer. Being able to deploy CRM, manage your calendar, send text messages to customers, etc. adds immense value. vCita also has various packages, suitable for practically any company size. That’s great because you can start small and upgrade capabilities as your business grows.

Where vCita needs improvement is in the flexibility of its email marketing templates. As of this review, the most you can do is change text and photos. However, the platform is geared towards service companies, and most require minimal flexibility in that area. In other words, the simpler, the better.

All in all, vCita is incredible, considering the sheer number of features that can seamlessly integrate with your email marketing campaigns. These tools make it easier to drive action, engage customers, and nurture prospects.

All in one service for consultants

If you need a way to manage a website, book meetings, take payments, and launch marketing campaigns for a client-based business then Vcita is all you need.

It has grown along with me

Vcita has made my business more efficient in many ways and I use it daily. It makes it so that I only have to use a handful of software for my entire business.

Cons

I can’t deactivate clients that are no longer working with me and It is impossible to clear out old customers and start the year fresh.

Great way to engage your audience

It syncs with the tools I already use and makes marketing that much easier.

Pros

Hugely helpful

Vcita helped me put my coaching business together and even take on clients related to mental health management because it is HIPAA compliant. I have run into a few roadblocks but the support team helped me iron everything out.
