Receive Online Payments

By supporting accounts receivables, Vcita allows its users to receive online payments directly. These payments can be made from customers’ websites, via e-invoices, and online bookings.

Fundamentally, online payments on Vcita are facilitated by third-party software like Stripe, Square and PayPal. While you can receive payments directly in your accounts when you use Square or Stripe payment platforms, money sent via PayPal will be reflected in your PayPal account.

Receive Payments in Multiple Currencies

When you set up your Vcita profile to match the currency suitable for your business location, you can receive payments in that currency. However, card processors will always charge extra fees for receiving foreign currencies, and exchanging them – if need be.

Estimates, Invoices and Receipts

And while the different plans in this software may be costly for startups and small businesses, its scheduling and CRM features make up for the price.
With this software, you also get to enjoy a number of invoicing perks to foster funds receipts. You also have a dedicated client portal, client management and client communication tools to centralize your interactions with your clients. However, the subscription fee of this software increases with an increase in the number of users. Hence, if you work on a team of more than five, and would rather access all the features of this software, you may not find the price favorable.

Great for SMBs

It is easy to run a small business with clients, payments, follow-up of clients, billings, messages, inscriptions to classes, and a quick overview of the situation.

Easy Integration

Vcita turned out to be a wonderful solution for me. It lets you do all the essential stuff, while also integrate 3rd party services. I use it along with my Wix website and it works like a charm.

Handle your work in one place

The upside of Vcita, for me, is being able to track my appointments within the app apart from only dealing with payments. In general, this app has made arranging and handling my work a lot simpler. In addition, I enjoy the benefit of being able to connect

I enjoy the web platform much more than the app. The dashboard is much more visual and accessible on the web in my eyes. I wish the app could reflect that.
