Zoho Books offers excellent value for everyone, from tiny businesses to larger enterprises. Its features are close to (but not at the level of) top industry competitors, but at some of the industry’s lowest prices. Plus, it offers a wide range of integrations, from Zoho’s own products to third-party applications. It would be nice if all support were free, but that may be the price one pays for excellent features at a low cost. Overall, if you need an inexpensive but robust bookkeeping software program, Zoho Books may be worth your consideration.

Especially useful

A huge benefit to Zoho is its inventory management. All in all, I can now manage our shop’s finances in a simple manner. For our small business, this was the best bookkeeping software inexpensive alternative.

Pros

Best pro is the user interface and cloud-based solution that can be used on the go. I can track my expenses and access my reports from anywhere anytime. Last but not least, very favorable pricing. I highly recommend.

Any size business will love this software

I own a multi-branch business. I find zoho books perfect for managing finances across the board. This software is constantly being updated, therefore improving and offering my franchise more than I ever thought possible.

Pros

The bulk bill payment feature is great...as are the budgeting and staff tracking features.
