Unlike other software, Kintone is very affordable and gives more value for the price paid even though it offers only one pricing plan. The 30 days free trial is a plethora of goodness; it gives adequate access to all the software features and can be used for short-term projects. However, I believe there are still slight improvements to be made to the tool’s features and functionalities, which could make it work better in the coming days.

At first, this tool might seem complex, especially if you’re unfamiliar with CRM tools. However, with the guidance and support the company offers, you’ll be able to navigate the platform more easily. Ultimately, it is an all-in-one sales software that enhances workflow and improves team productivity.

This software is very affordable, and really helps with small business management and all our CRM needs! Less emails being lost, and more customer satisfaction.

Clever marketing, basic system
I don’t think Monday is the right tool for us. We were trying to set up a basic dropdown that changed other fields based on the inputs but it didn’t work.
Dislike:
  • The formula system is very basic and can’t do anything more than the bare minimum which was unacceptable for us
