If you’re particular about intuitive user interfaces, Salesforce might not be the best choice for you. However, it offers features and functionalities that you can’t find anywhere else. So, if that’s something you can trade for eye-pleasing UI, Salesforce would be an exceptional tool to add to your business.

Overall, it is an excellent tool. And by simply using it, you could save yourself from needing several other marketing and sales tools.

Businesses of all sizes require an effective CRM tool that will streamline their entire lead generation, sales, and marketing activities. Sharpspring does these quite well.

Considering the pricing, however, I consider it somewhat far-fetched for small businesses to pay that high for a CRM tool when there are far more cost-efficient options in the market.

Pricing aside, SharpSpring could use some improvement in its customer service department as well. For business owners that can figure out tech software on their own and are comfortable investing that much in a CRM tool, SharpSpring may be a pretty good buy. But, the lack of a free trial makes it a somewhat risky investment.

I had to spend long hours on the platform before figuring it out. Luckily, there’s a tour and short video before you try out a new feature. This made the process seamless. Pipedrive helps businesses focus on other operations by helping them save time and boost efficiency.

Affordable, feature-rich, and easy
Onboarding for new software is often make or break and Pipedrive has done a wonderful job of it. It allows you to get started quickly and there are a lot of additional resources to take advantage of.
