Odoo is a fully-functional suite of tools to manage a business from end to end. That includes website management, sales, marketing, accounting, and everything in between. It’s been around for nearly 20 years and is a recognized industry leader. Its CRM, one of the most prominent modules, gives you the tools to create accurate forecasts, stay on top of your pipeline, manage contacts, and get clear reports on activity. The platform does take some getting used to. The system is modular and there are times when features you expect in a CRM are found in another module like the sales + invoicing module. If you need an end-to-end business management platform, it can get expensive. If you only need a CRM and related features then Odoo is a great choice.

Odoo's user-friendly interface allows me to easily follow sales flows, and it's integrated with my marketing automation, as well as with my other Odoo modules. This is the main reason I use Odoo because it integrates with its CRM.
Odoo covers many of the basic requirements with many modules. Being open-source software, it is quite affordable. It has a variety of features and functions.
For each module to work, customization is required, and that costs money. There are also many functionalities or features that do not work correctly. A lot of things depend on each other.
