Overall, Sendinblue is definitely a powerful marketing platform that assists small and medium businesses to grow their contact list and revenue as a result. The CRM platform has a few benefits for an organization that’s just getting started with relationship management and needs a quick and simple tool to do so. Sendinblue allows you to upload your contacts, categorize them into lists, and also add specific customer attributes. This allows you to use the marketing automation features to send timely messages that move them further down your sales funnel and finally, have a better conversion rate. The remainder of the features are considered to be basic. You can choose from half a dozen tasks but the reports are seen to lack clarity and there’s no visibility into your sales pipeline. With that being said, the CRM itself is free and offers the essential features needed to get started.

I've had experience with different email marketing platforms, but I think that with Sendinblue I'm in it for the long run. It's so easy to set up email campaigns and track them.

Sendinblue stands for value for money. Truly, I don't use it as a CRM but rather as an email automation hub. It works fine, no complaints, but bigger players definitely offer more. Then again - good value for being so affordable.
