Thryv was formed in 2013 as a Yellow Pages company and is headed by Joseph A. Wash. It’s a publicly-traded company that provides customer experience software for businesses of all sizes and types. The emphasis is on bringing multiple tools together under one roof so it’s easier for brands to do marketing, sales, and customer support even if they’re not technically savvy.
Within every Thryv plan, you have the tools to immediately form better relationships with your customers through marketing and sales. There are three plans total and if you’re unsatisfied with the product, it provides only three days to get your money back which, in my opinion, is an unreasonable timeframe. While there’s no clear pricing on the website – you have to contact the sales team for a custom quote – you can expect prices to start at $199.
Plus
The entry-level plus plan comes with a wide range of features. The core CRM tools, an inbox for communication with clients, the ability to manage online listings, a client portal that customers can access, appointment scheduling, social media marketing, and integrations.
Premium
The premium plan expands on the plus plan by providing a website designed by professionals, the ability to create customized automated campaigns, up to 50GB of document storage, and the ability to acknowledge reviews. This plan also supports up to five users.
Unlimited
Supporting up to ten users, the premium plan is the largest offering from Thryv. It provides unlimited announcements, unlimited campaigns, unlimited storage for documents, and professional custom videos.

Thryv does a lot of things for a lot of different customers. Because of this, like other expansive tools, it takes a lot of getting used to. Most users will have to dedicate a decent amount of time to learning the nuances of the platform. Don’t expect to be up and running in a few minutes.
Once you get used to the platform, it’s straightforward to manipulate it to enhance your brand. Another positive is that it looks great. It has a modern UI that’s easy to navigate once you learn what it can and cannot do.
Thryv offers multiple channels for customer support which are all available around the clock. The available channels to interact with a human support agent include live chat, phone calls, and email tickets. The live chat is very responsive while the phone support is often busy. Email support can take anywhere from a few hours to a full business day.

Thryv has been around for just under a decade but it has grown into a juggernaut in that time. It offers a complete suite of tools that allows brands to manage their online presence and customer experience. It has a CRM that keeps all customer communication in one place, a website management tool, social media marketing, and management features, built-in payment processing, and marketing automation. Like other tools that are so expansive, you won’t find the advanced features you may have come to expect in dedicated tools. For example, its marketing automation isn’t as robust as the marketing automation you’d get from a purpose-built solution. It's pricing also starts out higher than other CRMs. The good news is that using Thryv allows you to replace more than your current CRM. You can replace half a dozen software tools and bring everything to one place. If you want a more streamlined way to manage your clients, sales, and marketing activities then Thryv is well worth the investment.
