Zoho CRM has been around since 2005 and in that time, it has grown into a robust platform for the sales teams of small and medium businesses. It has the features and functionality that you’d expect and some that are ahead of its time like ZIA and Canvas. With that being said, there is a learning curve and many of the screens look so similar that you can get lost while using it.
Zoho offers solid support on multiple channels. Even though my phone support experience wasn’t ideal, the live chat rep was knowledgeable and helped me solve my issue.
With Zoho CRM, you can pick and choose what you need, and customize it accordingly. In addition to its ease of use, it is also a very cost-effective CRM tool.

Affordable and easy to use CRM
I love how easy it is to integrate with my Google Suite (calendar, mail, etc) and how affordable it is. Depending on my preferences, information is either synced two-way or one-way. The system integrates with our own partner information portal. You can run reports, save them, and filter them as needed.
