Being able to deploy CRM, manage your calendar, send text messages to customers, etc. adds immense value. vCita also has various packages, suitable for practically any company size. That’s great because you can start small and upgrade capabilities as your business grows. Where vCita needs improvement is in the flexibility of its email marketing templates. As of this review, the most you can do is change text and photos. However, the platform is geared towards service companies, and most require minimal flexibility in that area. In other words, the simpler, the better. All in all, vCita is incredible, considering the sheer number of features that can seamlessly integrate with your email marketing campaigns. These tools make it easier to drive action, engage customers, and nurture prospects.

All in one service for consultants

If you need a way to manage a website, book meetings, take payments, and launch marketing campaigns for a client-based business then Vcita is all you need.

It has grown along with me

Vcita has made my business more efficient in many ways and I use it daily. It makes it so that I only have to use a handful of software for my entire business.

Pros

- Simple email newsletter to run promotions
- Scheduling/booking page
- Online payment collection

Cons

I can’t deactivate clients that are no longer working with me and It is impossible to clear out old customers and start the year fresh.

Great way to engage your audience

It syncs with the tools I already use and makes marketing that much easier.

Pros
