Final Word

vCita is a platform with many functionalities, and that enhances its email marketing offer. Being able to deploy CRM, manage your calendar, send text messages to customers, etc. adds immense value. vCita also has various packages, suitable for practically any company size. That’s great because you can start small and upgrade capabilities as your business grows. Where vCita needs improvement is in the flexibility of its email marketing templates. As of this review, the most you can do is change text and photos. However, the platform is geared towards service companies, and most require minimal flexibility in that area. In other words, the simpler, the better. All in all, vCita is incredible, considering the sheer number of features that can seamlessly integrate with your email marketing campaigns. These tools make it easier to drive action, engage customers, and nurture prospects.
