All in one service for consultants

If you need a way to manage a website, book meetings, take payments, and launch marketing campaigns for a client-based business then Vcita is all you need.

Pros

- Email and SMS marketing
- Collect payments online
- Build a scheduling page

Cons

- Live support is only available within a short window (2 hours a day)

It has grown along with me

Vcita has made my business more efficient in many ways and I use it daily. It makes it so that I only have to use a handful of software for my entire business.

Pros

- Simple email newsletter to run promotions
- Scheduling/booking page
- Online payment collection

Cons

I can’t deactivate clients that are no longer working with me and It is impossible to clear out old customers and start the year fresh.

Great way to engage your audience

It syncs with the tools I already use and makes marketing that much easier.

Pros

- Integrates with Google Calendar
- Allows clients to schedule appointments themselves and even set them as recurring
- The email tool allows me to send out good looking newsletter with minimal work

Hugely helpful

Vcita helped me put my coaching business together and even take on clients related to mental health management because it is HIPAA compliant. I have run into a few roadblocks but the support team helped me iron everything out.
