IONOS is an established web hosting company that offers most of the features you’d expect from a brand that’s been in the space for so long. A solid CDN, easy application installation, automated backups, a free domain, and PHP support are just a few of the things it offers. Of course, there are some areas it falls short. The admin interface can be jarring for new users and takes some getting used to. It also forces customers to use SSLs that it provides. If these aren’t a big deal for you then the 24/7 customer support will guide you through any issues and you can get started for as little as $1/m.

For cloud hosting, this is truly the best on the market. I love Ionos and will stick with them for as long as I need to run my site!

Two of the top features in my eyes and most important are the daily site backups and the anti-spam protection. These help me feel fully confident in my site's data remaining secure.

Lives up to its great name

I originally went with IONOS because of its amazing reputation in its uptime and speed. Beyond this, I was even more impressed. The branded email account comes customary with each plan and as does the free domain for a year.

Customer service hasn't done its job

The interface on IONON is easy to use even though it isn't the classic cPanel.

Customer support is non existent it seems at times which is very crucial for a large organization as mine.
