Great for hosting but not so media savvy
Wild Apricot has been a pleasure to work with in most regards. I have a nonprofit which this platform is honestly built with these types of organizations in mind. However, there is some features lacking when I use this platform for other businesses of mine.
Pros
The reporting on finances is great.
Cons
The interface resembles a CMS, which can be complicated and confusing to work with. Also, there is a shortage in the social media integrations and capabilities.

“Cost Effective Website Solution and Database”
Overall, it provided the best set of tools for the price. The solution had everything I needed for managing a membership organization.
Cons
The payment gateway could use some improvements. I had much difficulty with it and it took some time until I received help from the support team
