The software has amazing potential but it's quite pricey when you want to use its integrations and automation processes, at least in comparison with competing software in the market. In addition to the ease of use, HubSpot inarguably has the best customer support which I have come across, depending on your subscription, there's a choice of email support, live chat, and phone support which are all great!. I personally use the chat service which I find very efficient, you would seldom experience issues using this software, and even if you do, there's a great support system to put you through.
