Overall, National Processing is a remarkable merchant service provider – especially if you intend to use it for a small or medium-sized business. Their rates are noticeably low, and their range of services is exceptional. However, you need to be careful about joking with their contract period – especially if you want to use ‘free’ hardware. Their $295 early termination, $99 PCI non-compliant fees can quickly scale down the profits you’ll enjoy from them. But if you stay good and stick to the deal, you can easily scale your profits while expanding your growth opportunities. Do well to acquire as much information on unpublished service costs from their sales team, before committing to the service.

National Processing is wonderful

We have had a great experience with National Processing. It was easy to set up and the customer service was outstanding. It seems fair to pay the card fee plus a small cut for them so that excess debit card fees aren't incurred. I also liked using the virtual terminal.

Overall satisfied users

National's rates and customer service are great. By switching to National, I save my clients money. Who wouldn't want to save money on such an important expense? Slow response time from agents.

Happy user of National Processing

In my experience with National Processing, I experienced all the good things. Good customer service includes remembering and appreciating repeat customers, building local connections with shoppers, and putting your product knowledge to good use. That's exactly what they provided and we are happy.
