Simple & Easy

Payments to vendors can be scheduled well in advance. This simplifies the process of completing the end-of-month task items for our organization. In addition, the user interface is extremely intuitive and easy to use. Unlike many other payment processors, Melio supports both credit cards and ACH transfers. ACH transfers have extremely low fees.

Fantastic software

I save a lot of time using Melio, the price is great, and customer service has reached out to me multiple times to inform me of new features.

Cons

I would like to see more integration with Quickbooks. In some cases, the software fails to recognize a new vendor's invoice when you drop it.

Easy for my needs

I like how easy it is to use. Also, I like that it offers customers/clients payment options that PayPal does not, such as accepting credit/debit cards without creating an account.

Cons

Customer service wasn't so responsive.
