Easy To Navigate
Sage is user-friendly. It comes with several pre-written reports, as well as easy-to-create reports. It is a bridge between Human Resources and Payroll so that we can work effectively and efficiently together.
Efficient but difficult to learn
We have found Sage to be incredibly efficient, but extremely difficult to learn.

Aside from reporting, it makes payroll calculations a lot simpler than they would be by hand.

I frequently ran into unique problems that could not be resolved and customer support was lacking
