TriNet PEO is a top-notch service provider that will explicitly attend to your business needs. From several reviews, it is a good recommendation for new businesses and those looking to scale. It is also a good option for companies that need industry-specific PEO guidance. However, companies that need cheap PEO services or have less than five employees should consider other available options.
We replaced another PEO provider with TriNet. Due to our previous experience, we were hesitant to change. In light of the complexity of these transitions, TriNet's was relatively straightforward. As part of the transition, an excellent transition leader explained all aspects of the organization's processes, procedures, and technology to us. After a few successful payrolls, we transitioned to their "normal" ongoing support team.
Our administration of payroll and human resources is outsourced. The TriNet model simplifies these functions for start-ups and smaller businesses that don't have the resources to hire a full-time HR staff.
Reporting and analytics is poor, needs improvement
