I have been searching for a POS that is simple, efficient with sales, and affordable. Lightspeed is the only one that meets our needs.

Really great for restaurants

I’ve used many other POS systems before and find Lightspeed to be more user friendly. Love that I can build menus in just a few hours and the software’s flexibility is terrific.


Easy to use and lots of self-help materials like videos. Tech support is quick to respond and fix issues.


End of day closing process isn’t as clear as I’d like.

The software is very stable, much more than our old system. And anytime a downtime occurs, customer service has been quick to get us running again.
