Great service, great product

Very helpful customer service. One of our phone lines was down for an hour before we noticed. I called the customer support, and they were very helpful - this issue was sorted in a 20m phone call.

First time experience

I had the onboarding call for our company today. We had lots of questions about how to effectively set up the system and switch over from our existing land line. The team was very helpful and knew exactly how to answer all the questions we had. I was reassured if we have an issue in the future it will be dealt with swiftly.

Useful and fairly priced

Our company has lots of UK clients, but our main offices are abroad. The soft line enables us to have a UK landline number that operates like a traditional phone line - which is very useful to our clients. Great pricing for this service!
