Solid quality voice

We usually use the web application and it has been great so far!

Pros

Being able to see the KPIs of my team, This feature helps improve our customer service actions. Freshcaller's support team was the best part of this VoIP.

Decent, reliable service with excellent customer support

Our IS department benefited greatly from the the seamless integration with FreshService.

Pros

Customer sercive goes above and beyond. Tickets also include an embedded call recording.
