RingCentral is Great!

The best part of RingCentral Phone is that we can use the virtual number for Video Calling. Syncing with Google Calendar and calling during recording are also nice features In addition, it allows you to form teams, as well as create individual and professional contact lists.

Not bad for small businesses

We’re a small business and Ringcentral has a good working auto attendant system for forwarding calls. All the other features are good too. I would recommend it for small business owners.

It’s a reliable system and customer service is alright.

We had to sign a 2-year contract.
