Leaders in the industry

Vonage Business Communications provides some of the industry's top VoIP services. We like the application's user-friendly interface. The connection is made without incident, and the application operates appropriately. For years, my business has used Vonage Business Communications' VoIP service, and the service is outstanding. Mobile and desktop versions of the software are available, and both work smoothly. It also offers me the ability to maintain my schedule, maintain a phone book, and create various reports.

Easy & reliable communication

The ease of use of this software is the one thing that I like the most about it. I am able to place calls conveniently across countries, and this saves a lot of time for me. Meetings, too, are made super easy with Vonage. Adding to these features, their customer support has been top-notch throughout my journey.

Vonage is great

The thing that I like most is how the app allows me to integrate my work phone with my personal phone, so I always have access to my client emails. As well as top-notch customer service, they're also very helpful and humble.

Great Experience

I have had Vonage for about 20 years, in fact my whole family has Vonage, I would recommend it to anyone. I am able to call 60 countries. Talk as long as I like, in fact, my wife calls her sister every day. She lives in Great Britain.

Calls to my cell when people dial my home phone

I have had Vonage for 15 years or more but recently calls to my home phone have been coming through on my cell. I have worked with Vonage to correct this to no avail.

Automatic Billing

Don't do it! I did automatically billing! where I gave them access to my account! Vonage billed me for 2 additional lines for over 6 months? When I look at the bill and complain about the overcharge which was my own mistake for trusting Vonage! They only gave me 1 month's credit in return! So I'm leaving!

buyer beware

All I can say is that Vonage was the least impressive business I have ever run into. The sales department didn't ask what operating system we had before saying that they were compatible. let's say we were operating on Windows 7 and they only work with Windows 10. They guaranteed that my present phones would work with their system, they were not compatible. We didn't find this out until the day we were to go live with their system and were committed by transferring all our phone numbers over to them. Then we found out their entire system was not ever going to work with our setup. My business went for two months without phoned because of them. They kept continuing to automatically take their payment after they said they would stop. I finally had to cancel my bank card and get a new one to get them from taking the $300/mo out of my checking account. Despite never giving my business an operating phone system(due to their neglect and knowledge) they sent me to collections. They are a never ending nightmare. I would give them a zero star if I could.

Virtual international number

Terrible support if something goes wrong which often does. You go through to an Indian call center who drop calls etc. My virtual number has dropped out constantly and people in Australia cannot use it yet Im paying $100 per month for it. Dont use it go somewhere else as Im about to do

Buyer Beware, treats loyal customers poorly on cancellation

I had Vonage service for over ten years. With extra features on cell phones I converted the Vonage number to a cell line for my eighth grader. I assumed that when the number ported out Vonage would stop billing. I had a second Vonage line that I kept. I was on the annual renewal, and didn't notice when the number auto renewed (about six months after I ported it.) When I noticed and called to cancel the line, not only would they not refund for the four months since the annual renewal, they wouldn't even refund the rest of the upcoming year! The phone rep was very polite, but said there was no way to do that in the system. While I'm sure it was in accordance with the terms of service, I will never use Vonage again. Even when I told the rep this she was unable to accomodate in any way. I didn't really expect a refund for the time since renewal, but I would certainly expect a refund for the part of the year that hasn't happened yet!
