Capsule CRM's Offerings
Capsule CRM is a well-operating customer relationship management software with four affordable membership plans. The plans range from $21/month to $75/month. Below are the layouts of each plan, its pricing, and features included. Each plan option comes with a 14-day free trial to test the software. Users can stay on a free plan if they keep under 250 contacts in their CRM.
Customer Support
Capsule CRM software doesn’t offer much for customer support options. The only option I could find to get any assistance on the software was through sending a message to the support team from the website where they would respond via email within a few hours to the next business day.
Phone Support
I could not find any phone number to contact customer support for the Capsule CRM software. I don’t believe the company offers a phone support option.
Email Support
I sent a message to Capsule’s support team from the support section. It seems like this is the most effective option for support with the software. The support team responded to my message request at the beginning of the next business day. The support associate was very helpful in answering my questions directly with valuable information.
Live Chat
Capsule does not offer a live chat option for customer support. The next best way to contact a customer support team member is by sending them a message from their customer service section on the Capsule CRM website to which they will respond the same or the next business day.

Dashboard
The dashboard on Capsule is pretty simple and easy to navigate. In the top left corner, you have your main quick tabs: people & organizations, calendar & tasks, sales pipeline, projects, reports, and workflow automations. Capsule has a limited number of features.
Lead Management System
Provides capture forms to automatically create new leads and track each opportunity from the beginning of the process to the end.
CRM
Capsule allows you to track all client communication, associated projects, and client information in one place. The contacts section of the CRM is well organized and easy to add information to your client’s profiles. Capsule also integrates with other CRM software and you can upload contacts from another CRM into your Capsule CRM.
Pipeline Management
You can proficiently access your pipeline management tab straight from the dashboard’s home screen. Capsule effectively keeps track of your sales pipeline in a well-organized section of the CRM.
Integrations
Capsule Integrates with many other software and apps. Some of the more commonly used include QuickBooks, Gmail, Outlook, Transpond, Xero, Zapier, Freshbooks, MailChimp, Sage, FreeAgent, Microsoft, & Google.

Ease Of Use:
Capsule allows you to upload contacts from either a .csv file or a .vcf file, also known as a vCard or virtual contact file. You can also upload contacts from another CRM software. Uploading contacts is pretty straightforward and easy to operate. You can export contacts very easily on Capsule as well. You can export contacts in .csv file, excel file, or vCard (.vcf) file.
Verdict:
Capsule is an affordable CRM platform directed towards assisting freelancers in growing their businesses. Capsule has limited customer support options available for users. The software has great features and has four plan options you can choose from that fits your business needs. Although the software is lacking some features and customer support options, it’s a good CRM if you’re looking for a simple and affordable option.
