With options for both physical gift cards and electronic alternatives, Clover offers a selection of ways to sell gift cards or reward customers with them. You can migrate existing gift card programs to Clover, and send electronic gift cards directly to customers’ mobile devices.
Hardware Requirements
Clover provides its own proprietary POS hardware. The company offers four hardware packages to go with the monthly software fee. These are Station Duo, Station Solo, Mini, and Flex. However, the POS software can launch from any device, such as a Mac, Windows, Android, and iOS.
Most businesses will need a hardware package to get started with Clover. However, you don’t require hardware if all that’s needed is a virtual terminal for processing transactions. Clover also supports several accessories for customizing your POS system. Things like a kitchen printer, weight scale, barcode scanner, label printer, ordering kiosk, and kitchen display system.
