Invoiced also includes features such as a self-service customer payment portal, automated follow-up, accounting integrations, and more. The Enterprise A/R plan is designed for businesses with complex receivables challenges and includes all the features of the Advanced plan, as well as powerful automation, cash application, custom reports and dashboards, cash flow forecasting, and implementation support.
Customer Support
Phone Support
Invoiced does provide a support hotline, which assists users in resolving issues and answering queries. The service is available from 9am – 5pm CST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, for Enterprise customers only.
Email Support
Email support tickets are Invoiced main resolution processes.
If you’re looking to resolve your support question you can always send an email. This process opens a support ticket, which is then assigned to an engineer to diagnose and fix the issue, (who provides periodic reports on the status of your ticket, and its resolution). Planned outages are scheduled during weekends and customers are notified via email and the dashboard.
Overall Experience
Despite having limited customer support channels, Invoiced offers effective support to answer your FAQs and product questions.
