For non-paying members, there are few options when it comes to contacting Customer Support, so I resorted to the live chat button on the Megaventory website. The chatbot responded immediately, asking a few additional questions before connecting me to a support specialist. It is supposed to take under 20 minutes, and as promised, I received a response before the time was up. My specialist, Dimitris, was very helpful and answered all the questions I had.
