Odoo has a free plan option, and they offer two subscription options. The standard plan is $24.90/user/mo., and the custom plan is $37.40/user/mo. The standard and custom plan offers access to all of Odoo’s applications, while the free version only has the Odoo Online application.

Phone Support
Odoo has a local phone support number available for most global areas. I contacted their United States phone number, and they were very helpful in answering my questions. At first, I was connected to an automated system, but was able to connect with a representative to answer my question.
Live Chat
I contacted Odoo through the live chat option on the website. I asked them questions about the plans and the applications used. The representative was helpful and answered my questions as a whole. The only downside was it took 1-2 minutes for the representative to respond. And, if you need further assistance, they will schedule a meeting for you with one of their business advisors.
Video Tutorials
Odoo has video tutorials available on their website, in addition to on their YouTube channel. The video tutorials are very informative and help you familiarize yourself with navigating the software. The videos are extremely helpful, allowing you to familiarize yourself with Odoo’s unique software navigation experience, while clearly explaining all features and functionalities of the software and its applications.

Odoo’s account dashboard is a bit confusing at first, as that they do not use tabs or links, but applications instead for each functionality that the software offers.

Odoo integrates with a suite of open-source business applications. They are used to perform every task necessary for managing and operating your business. The whole software is set up using applications for separate features and functionalities within the Odoo software.

Odoo has all the basic features for payments including credit cards, invoices, billing payments, and expense payments. You can set up payroll for your employees. And you can accept or make payments in multiple currencies.

You can upload invoices through the Odoo expenses app. The software pulls the date from the invoice but that was about it. You have to edit the information and correctively input details from the invoice such as amount, company name or vendor, date due, and address.

They have features on reports such as date, vendor, payment amount, and category. They also have some advanced reporting features like balance sheets, profit and loss, cash flow statements, and tax reporting. The advanced features on Odoo operate at a substantial level. Odoo offers audit reports as well as, partner reports and management reports.

Overall Odoo is very easy to use. The platform setup can be confusing until you understand the modules and applications you use for each function and feature the software has available. The modules and functions on Odoo are applications through integrations and third-party applications.
It is easy to find vendors through the Odoo platform and pay them using the expenses application. You can easily schedule payments in the same application. Odoo has an easy-to-use reports application where you can customize your reports as you see fit.

It was easy to set up an account with Odoo. Navigating the dashboard is unique and takes some time to get familiar with. However, once you get the hang of how the software is set up it’s a lot easier to find the feature you’re looking for. The software is set up to help you build a website, manage and track expenses & cash flow, create invoices, and much more.

Odoo has a unique dashboard as the software is categorized through multiple applications. Each application is meant to perform different functionalities such as invoicing, sales, CRM, expenses, bills, etc. All paid plans have access to all of the software apps.
Verdict:
Odoo is ideal for small to midsize business owners. Odoo uses open-source applications for operating the software. The software is user-friendly. The applications integrated into the software are great and cover everything you need for your business. Odoo’s plans are low-cost, and they have a free version with limited functions.
