Oracle Netsuite CRM's Offerings
NetSuite does not have a transparent pricing plan. I sent a mail to inquire about the available plans, but the response was not helpful either.
Customer Support
NetSuite’s robust help center includes a free product tour, which allows customers to see a free demo of all its features. The NetSuite support provides real-time technical assistance and optimization expertise for businesses having difficulties setting up their CRM tool.
NetSuite has a support community where customers offer support to each other. It is a platform where you can learn about new features, get information on fixes and updates, and make new connections with other NetSuite users.
The “Suite Answer,” is a robust knowledge center where customers and businesses can search support articles, best practices, help topics, and training videos for easy navigation.
Live Chat
Finding the live chat features was easy. The chat section on the Oracle NetSuite website is placed in the bottom-right corner.
Immediately you click on it, some of your information will be requested as shown in the screenshot below.
After creating a request, it took less than a minute to process the request. However, I had to wait approximately 5 minutes to get connected with a sales representative.
Email Support
The email support, although quickly responsive, was not helpful, unfortunately. After inquiring about the pricing plan, the response showed that security challenges restrained my message from delivering properly.
Phone Support
NetSuite has publicly accessible phone support via call. However, 24 hours after dialing the hotline with no response, the support system neither acknowledged nor returned the call until about 72 hours when they returned my call to discuss my needs.
Although our conversation was productive, the long wait time can be pretty frustrating. I’m sure most customers may have settled for an alternative within that time.

This feature enables you to create 3D product visualizations and automate the generation of sales proposals to enhance further and accelerate the sales process.
NetSuite CPQ feature has a configurator tool that enables salespeople and customers to select any product available and its physical features and apply customizable business rules to ensure that every configuration is correct, saving money on double and triple checks and reworking orders.

Automation
One of the exceptional features of NetSuite CRM is sales force automation. This feature helps to streamline and unify all your sales processes on a single dashboard. It gives a birds-eye view into every aspect of the customer relationship, including support cases and back-office information such as contracts, inventory, and order history.
The sales force automation has real-time dashboards for sales representatives and managers to gain better insights to sell, upsell and align customer expectations. It has activities, leads, analytics, reports, and a support interface for business managers. At the top right corner, you can identify sales orders waiting for your approval, tasks to complete, and other notifications regarding your workflow.

Performance:
NetSuite CRM is a comprehensive tool for customer relationship management. It has features and functions that enable you to manage interactions with potential and existing customers, partners, and suppliers on a single platform. In identifying the capabilities of this software, I assessed some of the performance parameters and conducted an objective review accordingly.
Speed
When choosing CRM software, speed for setup and data transfer is important. Setting up the NetSuite software is simple. Once you input your details in the available field, you can set up your dashboard.
An import assistant on Oracle allows and supports faster two-step import of contacts and entities. It takes about 2 minutes.
Automation
Discovering a potential lead, tracking, and collecting their data is cumbersome and could involve some repetitive steps. What seems more ambiguous is managing and retaining the customers. However, the best CRM tool automates the steps and makes them seamless.
With NetSuite CRM, I could automate sales, customer retention, and the entire marketing process. I can automate my tool for marketing across multiple channels, including websites, email, events, and social media.
Also, I could automate market segmentation into demographics, purchase trends, support history, etc. All these happen really quickly with the prebuilt templates.
Ease Of Use:
NetSuite is quite easy and smooth to use. Anyone that uses a mobile device or is tech-savvy should be able to navigate the tool. With the free product tour you can schedule at your convenient time, you can get a tour that guides you using different tools and features to benefit your business. You can access support resources and the help center from the homepage for easy navigation and usage.
Setup
Setting up the Oracle NetSuite software is tricky and time consuming since the technical team from their end had to handle all the onboarding. The “free product tour” didn’t require more than my first name, last name, work email address, phone number, country, and company.
Once, I tried to use the real software, I was subjected to a stressful setup process that required setting up meetings with the technical team at Oracle.
Customizing CRM tools
The main customizable feature on the NetSuite CRM tool is the dashboard. The rest of the software is to be used as designed by the company. Needless to say, it is a powerful software for enterprise business.
Automation
One of the foremost features of Oracle NetSuite is the ability to automate tasks and functions. At least this one is easy to manage.
With NetSuite, you can automate major marketing tasks such as sales force automation to build your sales team, improve forecast accuracy, view how your sales are faring, and monitor the key performance indicators on a single page. You can automate a lead activity and manage orders, contracts, and inventory.
Verdict:
If you need dependable and sophisticated CRM software, NetSuite is a worthy option. I used the software, and the design was perfect.
However, the tool does not have a publicly accessible pricing plan. You have to call the sales team to get a pricing plan tailored to your needs.
Furthermore, while the support could use some improvement, NetSuite has a comprehensive resource center with several blogs and articles to help navigate the platform seamlessly.
Once familiar with how the features work, you can set up your dashboard, create a sales or marketing plan, and invite customers and partners onboard. It’s sure a good value for your money if you can put up with the initial onboarding huddles.
