vCita Accounts Receivable's Offerings
vCita provides different subscription options for users to choose from based on their business needs. All the subscription prices mentioned are based on an annual subscription price.
The Essentials plan includes features such as online scheduling, event registration, online payments, and advanced functionalities at a cost of $24/month.
The Business plan, priced at $49/month, offers additional features including email campaigns, SMS marketing, client tags, follow-ups, text messages, multiple staff accounts, team calendar, third-party integrations, and analytics.
The Platinum plan, which costs $83/month, offers even more advanced features, such as staff roles and permissions, auto-assignment rules, custom email and SMS notifications per service, integrations via API, and others.
Customer Support
vCita provides a variety of training and support resources to assist users in getting started with the platform. Video tutorials, user guides, and webinars covering different features and functionalities of vCita are available for users to access.
Additionally, vCita offers email and chat support, and a dedicated support center that enables users to find solutions to frequently asked questions and submit support tickets when necessary.
Phone Support
vCita’s phone support is limited to the Business and Platinum packages, but not with the free trial or Essentials. With the higher-tier packages, the phone support is reputed to be excellent and readily available.
Video Tutorials
vCita’s webinars are beneficial and informative. They cover many different features and how to use them efficiently. They bring together extraordinary vCita users and small business experts eager to learn, share & explore new ideas.
Overall Experience
While the customer support is adequate at the Essentials level, it’s certainly worth investment in a more expensive plan, due to the increased breadth of services available for the upper tiers. I was disappointed that the chat wasn’t available to try (even for sales), and I was left unsure about its hours of operation.
