Webador offers a free plan alongside a 6-month free trial for the other three premium packages.
However, this 100% trial only applies if you’re making an annual commitment. This doesn’t leave out users with a preference for monthly packages though.
With the monthly package, you get to experience Webador at $0 per month over the next 3 months. That’s a huge bargain compared to what’s obtainable in the website builder industry. At the end of the 3-month trial, users will be required to continue with their chosen plan at the regular rate shown in the table below.
Customer Support
Webador is a relatively modern website builder. Its customer support options reflect its modernity. People are more comfortable connecting over emails and social media these days than they do with phone calls. So, Webador doesn’t offer the phone option as one of its support channels. Nevertheless, I think having phone support could be really useful for users that prefer to talk –rather than text– about their challenges.
In addition to not offering phone support, Webador doesn’t have a live chat option which is a pretty common industry practice. However, given my experience with the brand, I might argue that the brand’s social media DMs would suffice. Here is my fairly detailed experience with Webador support.
Email Support
Webador’s email support option comes with a simple contact form that routes the values of the form fields to the team via email. After submitting the form, I received an instant confirmation email, letting me know that the team was only available to answer emails during weekdays from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Central European Time).
With the constraining timezone, doesn’t seem to me that they are catering to a very global target market at the moment, but being the youngest player in the website builder market, there’s room for growth. Not to mention, they did respond to my email not long after the start of their Monday. So yeah, they do keep to time. Impressive!
Social media community
Webador’s social media handles don’t exactly scream “active.” Their Twitter page is nonexistent and they only have over a thousand followers on Instagram and Facebook. They aren’t doing very well on Pinterest and YouTube either.

These layouts are a very good source of web design inspiration to small business owners looking to handle the web creation process themselves. Also, these preformatted layouts have unlimited free stock images to incorporate at various points of your website.

Despite being around for so long, SEO remains a relatively technical subject to most business owners. Webador removes the technicality in SEO by adding a free SEO tracker to their website builder to help inform no-code builders on actions to take to improve their search engine ranking right on page without the technical stuff.

Mobile Responsiveness
Websites built on Webador are perfectly optimized for mobile viewers. You don’t have to subject yourself to the guesswork that comes from traditional website development. You can simply toggle between the desktop and mobile interfaces to see how your website looks.
eCommerce Functionalities
Webador website comes with a webshop feature that users can choose to include on their website. This allows them to list products for sale and process payment seamlessly. Users can add unlimited products to their webshop and complete the sales free from Webador (0% commission). Furthermore, the e-commerce functionality allows users to easily sort their sales taxes, manage inventories, and fulfill orders from their admin dashboard. The process automation feature attached to the e-commerce functionality lets users send automated order acknowledgment and follow up on abandoned carts, among other things.

Performance:
Site & Page Speed
After building and publishing my website, I ran a quick page performance check using a web page test tool. Here’s the speed test result of my Webador-powered website that scored 3.94 seconds on the page speed index, with the largest content on the website taking 3.9 seconds to load completely.
Upon evaluating the website using PageSpeed Insights, it scored 60 for performance. While this score indicates room for improvement, it does not necessarily indicate poor performance. However, it does highlight areas where optimizations can be made to enhance the user experience, particularly on mobile devices. Examples of improvements or recommendations are things such as compressing and optimizing images, implementing responsive design or enabling browser caching.
Uptime
Webador offers a 99.99% uptime guarantee to its users. So far, my experience has been well in sync with their uptime promise.
Ease Of Use:
Using the Webador software is a relatively smooth experience although some parts of the program could use some improvement, especially the third-party app integrations. Here’s my experience navigating the tool.
Setup
Setting up Webador is a 3-step process that requires you to first choose the type of website you want to build, then you are prompted to name the website. The name of your business will be a preferred option at this point. Finally, your login information is requested. The video below details the setup experience.
Designing
After setting up and confirming your email, the builder immediately shows you an array of 50+ templates. You can choose any of these templates to start building your website. This video shows the design experience from my perspective.
Text Styling
Styling texts on the Webador editor has some limitations. The font class of the texts on your website is determined by the template you choose to work with. It can’t be changed during the design process. However, you can change the font color and size easily as shown in the video above.
Form Customizing
Adding and customizing forms on Webador is relatively simple. All you have to do is drag the form element from the left panel into the website and “Edit Form”. You can add fields and rename them easily. However, the design of the button will be controlled by the overall design definition of the website.
Button Designing
Designing a stand-alone button on Webador is straightforward. After adding the button to the website from the left element panel, you can click the “Style” function to start redesigning your buttons to meet your brand’s taste.
App Integration
Webador doesn’t offer a lot of third-party app integrations at the moment. However, it has a code embed function that could be used to integrate third-party apps through webhooks.
Uniqueness:
Webador is a the only website builder with the most small business-friendly e-commerce offer of 0% commission, unlimited product listing, and 3 months of $1 trial.
Verdict:
Webador website builder is intuitive and relatively easy to use. However, the software appears to still be in its early stages of development. Therefore, it is lacking some functionalities that are typical of a website builder.
However, Webador offers small business owners something that can’t be found elsewhere: 3 months of $1 runway. This is particularly useful for new businesses trying to keep operational expenses to the absolute minimum.
So far, it’s a huge value for the money. As they continue to develop the builder, I’m confident that users will enjoy more features and performance perks.
