ZarMoney offers a 15-day free trial with no credit card required. ZarMoney stores your data for 60 days after the end of your trial if you need some time to decide.
You have three choices of paid plans. All come with the same features in the following areas:

The main difference between the three plans is the number of users you can add.

ZarMoney has great customer service. Each agent knows the software and is eager to help out. Every plan helps you onboard, but Enterprise offers specialized software training, too. Plus, ZarMoney offers several additional support resources.

Invoicing/Accounts Receivable
ZarMoney offers several features to streamline your invoicing and accounts receivable. You can customize invoices, change payment terms, accept credit cards online, create and enforce credit limits/credit holds, send payment reminders, and more. ZarMoney is currently working on recurring invoices as well.
Vendors/Accounts Payable
ZarMoney handles the payables side of things, too. You can track your expenses and bills, automatically categorize expenses, manage your purchase orders, attach receipts, and even monitor for early payment discounts and automatically apply them if possible. There’s a payables calendar as well for easy bill tracking.
Plus, you can set authorized uses to approve A/P transactions, adding security to your payables process.
Bank Reconciliations
Reconciling your books with your bank account ensures accurate financials, helping you make informed decisions. ZarMoney makes it easy to identify discrepancies between the bank and your books and discover the reason behind the disparities.
Inventory Management
ZarMoney offers a lot in inventory management, helping you track things such as inventory and cost of goods sold in your books. You can monitor inventory levels and other relevant data in real time across several warehouses. There’s plenty of customization and other advanced inventory features like split POs and price adjustments for different customers.
Reporting and Analytics
ZarMoney offers several reports, including financial statements like your profit and loss statements and balance sheets. You can also generate AP/AR reports, 1099 reports, trial balances, and more.

ZarMoney could add more integrations, but the company has a history of adding features to the platform. Overall, solopreneurs and businesses with few employees will benefit the most from ZarMoney, given the price.

- Cost-friendly and fantastic customer service.
- As mentioned before, more personalization options would make the overall system better in the long run. Hoping these are added in the updates one day. For now, I’m pretty happy with Zarmoney.
- The customer service will guide you through everything. Any problem I face, they immediately respond and offer a solution.
- My one piece of advice and feedback is that the credit card options are limited to only a select number of processors. Gives you a little bit of a setback if you’re looking for a complete bookkeeping solution that requires one of these specific industries

- Bank account information doesn’t regularly update
- Favorite part is the easy search in data and the Zarmoney team.
