Essential

The basic plan at ADP provides you with the tools necessary to complete the standard types of compliance and payroll functions. This includes managing contractors and employees, as well as getting access to many reports, filing of taxes, access for employees, and the payment of payroll.

Enhanced

This package adds a number of layers on top of the essential plan. Some of the additional features included at this level include check signing, retirement planning, compensation for workers, and background checks. You will also be able to get help in the search for new employees thanks to the integration with ZipRecruiter.

Complete

The complete package is going to be best suited for large businesses that have somewhat complicated needs for their payroll processes. Some of the extras accessible as part of this plan include tools to easily add new employees, tracking of key employee info, as well as extensive capabilities for your HR team.

HR Pro

The most premium package on ADP is the HR Pro, which puts most of its focus on the HR side of things as the name suggests. There is high-level support available for your HR issues, as well as advanced tools for the HR team to use.

As a whole, the most basic ADP plan has a price that appears to be pretty competitive, but the prices can be a bit steep the further you go up the different levels. However, you have plenty of plans that will fit your specific needs as a business.
