With Atera, the cost stays the same no matter how many devices you add. This ensures total support and happier customers.
Atera has three pricing models; Pro, Growth, and power. Sadly, a free trial only starts at the growth tier, so, unless you’re opting for the second plan, you don’t get to test out the SaaS for free.

Personal experience with support:
Atera seems to have figured everything out, and have much trust in their product that they’re confident you wouldn’t need their support, Howbeit, the company provides an in-web messaging service and response time is fast via email. Technical support over email is a little slow, however, and most existing clients complain that there’s a lack of support for Mac and Linux users. Aside from these, Ateras’support page contains tons of useful information, articles, FAQs, and a video library.
