ClickUp ITSM's Offerings
ClickUp starts strong with its Free Forever plan, greeted on the website with “Free forever, no credit card.” This isn’t just a trial—it offers genuine, ongoing functionality.
You can then upgrade to paid plans that add broader capabilities:
- Unlimited plan – starts at $7/user/month (billed annually; $10 if paid monthly). Adds unlimited storage, integrations, dashboards, Gantt, goals, automations, custom fields, and more.
- Business plan – $12/user/month (billed annually; $19 if monthly). Includes advanced time tracking, mind maps, workload view, custom permissions, and priority support.
- Business Plus – $19/user/month (annual price). Adds priority support, custom roles, team sharing, enhanced automations, API access, and admin training.
- Enterprise plan – Custom pricing. Includes white labeling, SSO beyond Google, HIPAA compliance, advanced permissions, dedicated Success Manager, enterprise-level governance, and audit logs.
ClickUp also offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all paid plans, plus nonprofit, educational, and startup discounts.
Customer Support
ClickUp says they have the highest-rated client support in the industry, but is this really the case? Let’s find out.
ClickUp offers E-mail support, and Online live chat customer support 5am – 7pm PST, outside this time, their availability is limited. However responses from ClickUp took quite some time (less than 24 hours) after a request for online chat, so far there’s been no complaint anywhere about reaching them.
In addition to customer support, ClickUp provides diverse educational resources (accessible from the help page) including University, Webinars, Demo, Clickup blog, Docs/FAQs, videos, and an easily accessible Facebook community. All ClickUps’ support systems from Set-Up assistance, sales, billing questions, marketing and sponsorship) except the live chat & request for setting up assistance would lead you to the resource page where you’d find docs, and video tutorials to help you through almost any issue you may be facing; including credit card denial. In any case, where you’d want to have a live chat, ClickUp promises to respond within a minute via chat and email (which I didn’t see to be so), tho response time took exactly a minute, it was a generic message, requesting I hold on, till a customer care rep gets in touch (this took a couple of hours). However, this shouldn’t be an issue anyways, as virtually any help you need has been covered by their resources.

Ease Of Use:
ClickUp has a greatly intuitive interface, and feels lighter and more fun to use than many other management tools. Personally, I love the experience and feel I get making use of the software. It’s easy to learn, and Super easy to use, packed with powerful features, tons of integration, and the ability to invite guests for FREE is something I consider a plus,
I like the simplicity of creating, organizing and scheduling tasks, the sprints views are great. Also, the ability to display the same tasks in different personalized views, even for each member is something I consider a game-changer.
Verdict:
In summary, ClickUp is a great management tool, and would easily find its way to being the best PM software in the industry.
Most customer reviews are always positive, with less than 10% finding a downside to the software.
If you run a small business, and do not require these extra ‘unlimited’ features, you’d get the most out of ClickUp without spending a dime on subscription.
When it comes to value for Money, ClickUp scores a 5/5 in value for money, as you’ll get even more features than the money you spend, and ClickUp costs quite lower than other competitors in the industry, little wonder most people are switching to ClickUp.
ClickUp would save you a whole lot of time, while you focus on doing what’s more important.
Great technical support, and lots of video tutorials are available, so you’re sure not to get stuck at any point.
