Ease of Use

ClickUp has done a decent job of making the platform accessible for most people but, it’s incredibly expansive. This can prove problematic when you’re trying to find certain features like a specific view. It seems to have erred on the side of making sure users have everything they could need as opposed to stripping some features for ease of use.
The end result is needing dedicated training and onboarding support to use most of the features in ClickUp effectively. If you’re just there for the task list or organizing projects then that can be done fairly easily. If you want all that ClickUp has to offer then be prepared to put in the necessary work to master

Your go-to project management tool

Click Up has so many features. It has many different views, the dashboard is great, very good automation and more. The product is great for new users, easy to use.

Great empowering tool

ClickUp provides us with a lot of ways to see the progress of each employee. Unlike Jira, we can insert all relevant team members in the workspace without any issues.


It provides multiple opportunities for development of workflow, which is crucial for me.


The free plan is annoying because I can't customize it so better to take the $5 plan.
