GoDaddy provides 24/7 customer support and have an extensive knowledge base full of training videos and resources to help with domain registration, website setup, and more. Whenever you run into an issue, the team is available to help via live chat or WhatsApp support or through the community forum, where users can ask questions and get answers from other users. GoDaddy also provides priority support for paying customers.

Chatbot

GoDaddy offers live chat bot and WhatsApp. I used both avenues and received prompt and clear responses.

WhatsApp

GoDaddy offers a WhatsApp support option for its customers. This allows you to connect with a GoDaddy support representative through the WhatsApp messaging app for assistance with your account or any issues you may be experiencing. This support option is available 24/7, so you can get help whenever you need it. To use this service, simply add the GoDaddy support number to your WhatsApp contacts and send a message. A representative will then assist you with your inquiry.

Email Support

GoDaddy does not currently provide direct email support.

Phone Support

GoDaddy offers phone support from 5:00am to 10:00pm; Monday to Friday. I was able to get through on the 3rd ring and answered several questions from the automated system before being sent to a helpful live agent.

Community

There is also an online community where GoDaddy users can ask questions, share their work, and collaborate with others.
