Plans & Pricing

InfoFlo is available both on-premises and via the cloud. Both plans have a similar model. You buy the basic package with the initial price and have the opportunity to install a number of add-ons at an additional cost.

This pricing strategy is incredibly flexible and allows teams to not only choose between on-premises or cloud deployment, which is extremely rare these days but also to handpick the functionality that they require based on their processes and operations’ nature. Finally, the brand offers a 30-day free trial to try out all the features, which, again, is a lot longer than what most competitors have to offer.

On-premises

Cloud Starter

Cloud Advanced

On-premises

On-premises cost $99/user, and it’s a one-time purchase. The price also includes life-time software updates. The basic set includes contact management, unlimited custom fields, task management, file sharing, lead management, notes, maps, emails, calendar, data import, manual backup, and calendar features.  Apart from these, you can install a number of add-ons that either enhance the basic features or add even more functionality. These include reporting, invoicing, advancement task management, email marketing, templates, Google sync, Outlook sync, InfoFlo talk call history and recording, email analytics, document and list management, etc. Each add-on costs $79, and it’s a one-time purchase.

Cloud

Cloud deployment has two very similar tiers – Cloud Starter and Cloud Advanced. Cloud Starter is $30/user/mo and includes all the basic features mentioned above. In addition, you get to choose and activate 3 add-ons offered by the brand. Cloud Advanced is $35 per user/monthly and is the same as Cloud Starter, except you get 5 add-ons instead of 3.

Ease of Use

InfoFlo is very easy to use. All the features are straightforward and understandable from the first sight and do not require any coding knowledge. The dashboards display all the important data that your team needs at a glance. There is absolutely no learning curve involved.

Customer Support

InfoFlo’s customer support is good, to say the least. The brand can be reached via email and phone. Also, you can opt for remote support through the TeamViewer app, where a representative will join from their PC to help solve your queries.

InfoFlo offers customer support: Monday to Friday: 9AM to 8PM, Weekend: 10AM to 5PM

Features & Functionality
General Features

InfoFlo’s basic feature set offers tons of functionality. It includes basic CRM features like custom fields, file sharing and collaboration, numerous dashboard views, notes, data import, calendar, and email features. Moreover, it also covers a number of features that wouldn’t be considered basic by many other vendors including lead and opportunity management and dashboards, advanced contact management, maps, and database backup. In other words, the basic features provide more than enough functionality for small teams to handle their customer relationships perfectly, with a couple of handy tools on top, free of charge. Here are some more details:

Advanced Task Management

You can create, assign, share, filter, monitor, and manage all tasks from a single dashboard, just like with a project management tool. Team members get notified about due dates, assignments, and overdue tasks and get a full activity history. Finally, the tasks can be linked to projects, companies, or contacts, as required.

Outlook Sync

Probably the most notable add-on offered by InfoFlo, the seamless Outlook sync allows easy integration with all your Outlook contacts, companies, categories, emails, and calendars. It’s worth mentioning that the brand’s Outlook sync is the most robust on the market.

Reporting

The software generates automatic, text-based reports regarding all activities within the system. You can also create custom reports that can include any standard or custom fields.

Email Marketing and Analytics

These features allow you to easily create professional email campaigns through templates, manage subscribers, and send unlimited emails. The analytics aspect allows you to drill down into each campaign and get real-time updates regarding all performance indicators.

Shared Calendar

The shared calendar allows you to share all the events and appointments with all team members to enhance collaboration. User permission controls and group calendar features are also included here. The software can easily be accessed on Windows, Android, and iOS operating systems. It also has a handy mobile app.

Ease of Use

InfoFlo is very easy to use. All the features are straightforward and understandable at first sight and do not require any coding knowledge. The dashboards display all the important data that your team needs at a glance. There is absolutely no learning curve involved.

Contacts and Users

Thanks to robust contact management features, staying on top of your client communications is a breeze with InfoFlo. The basic contact management features offer a complete solution that allows you to track, manage, import, and automatically link all existing and future contact information with the corresponding contact, all through a single dashboard. This can be combined with the visual contacts dashboard that instantly displays all the data including recent sales, opportunities, and task charts. Furthermore, a couple of add-ons like advanced task management, advanced search, and InfoFlo talk integrations allow you to further enhance client management activities, to perfectly fit your company processes.

The sales pipeline is represented by a customizable, visual graph. The graph can be configured to include as many lead transition stages as you like and showcases information including how many contacts are at a current stage, the amount of cash you’ve earned in each stage, notes, links, dates, etc.

Reporting and Integrations

Reporting features aren’t available with the basic set. You’ll need to purchase or activate the reporting add-on. InfoFlo reports are mostly text-based and cover all aspects of the CRM including emails, marketing campaigns, contacts, sales, etc. You can also create custom reports to include all standard or custom fields.

InfoFlo is not as strong on the integrations front. The brand offers easy integrations with only a few tools, namely Microsoft 365, WordPress, Gmail, QuickBooks, Google Contacts, and LawPay. However, InfoFlo has the most robust Outlook sync on the market, which is an insane advantage for businesses that heavily rely on Outlook for communication, collaboration, and promotions.

Verdict

InfoFlo is all about flexibility and it is an excellent CRM solution, especially for small business owners. The flexible pricing model allows you to handpick the add-ons that really matter for you, without overpaying for functionality that you don’t really need. Moreover, the insane 30-day free trial is more than enough to try out every add-on you’re planning to use. Also, InfoFlo is one of the few vendors that offers on-premises CRM services, which can be important for companies who hold both client and company information and data integrity as a top priority.

Furthermore, the features of the software are well-designed and functionality-packed. While the tool is lacking in terms of integrations and advanced reporting, the visual sales pipeline, easy contact management, and seamless Outlook sync are more than enough to make up for them.

Who doesn’t like one off-payments

I don’t have to worry about a monthly bill and all my important data is stored right on my computer.

Pros

- The design is clean and it is easier for us to navigate it than our previous CRM
- Modules can be added as needed instead of paying for a lot of unused features

Takes care of most things

We need everything related to customers in one place (emails, contact info, documentation, etc.) for the team to access and use. The way InfoFlo is deployed makes this an inexpensive solution.
