The platform is divided into three main pricing plans which start at 500 contacts and 1 user. The limits can be increased up to 25,000 contacts online before you need to contact the sales team for custom pricing. Each plan builds on the features of the previous one.

Every plan has mandatory expert coaching designed to help new customers get up to speed with the platform. The coaching has a flat fee of $499. Keap is a more expensive than similar CRMs but it does offer a wide range of features that many CRMs don’t have like checkout pages.

The entry-level plan starts at $40/month for three months then increases to $79/month. It provides the main CRM features like contact management, segmentation, sales task automation, and contact categorization. It also provides the ability to quote clients instantly, set up appointments, send out invoices for work done (and accept payments through the invoices), email marketing, and email client integration.


The Pro plan is $85/month for the first three months then $169/month thereafter. It builds on the Lite plan by offering even more tools to convert customers. This includes landing pages, sales pipeline management, email split testing, subscription management, and access to reporting tools.


The largest plan on offer from Keap starts at $100/month for the first three months then increases to $199/month. It’s ideal for businesses that are a bit more established and would like to incorporation a lot of automation in their workflows. Customers have access to lead scoring, a more powerful and customizable dashboard, upsells and cross sells, promotional codes, deep analytics, and more.

Ease of Use

Keap has been in a constant battle to merge simplicity with its sprawling functionality. It combines automation appointment scheduling, CRM tools, reporting, etc. into one platform. At times, it can get complex – especially for users new to CRM software. That’s part of the reason why there’s mandatory coaching before you can register a new account.
There is a steep learning curve for many of the features but someone that has used an email marketing or CRM tool before should be able to get a general understanding of the platform on their own. For new customers, mandatory coaching is extremely important.

It provides the flexibility to segment contacts, use behavior-triggered email messages, and even A/B test messages. It also uses algorithms in the background to help customers improve campaign results over time.  


The platform has a robust built-in calendar that can be accessed via the web interface or the mobile application. Users can set up their availability, the meeting length, and send out reminders to prospects and clients that have booked an appointment. Of course, it integrates with popular calendars like Outlook and Google Calendars.     

Landing pages

It’s more expensive than comparable CRMs but it offers functionality that encompasses multiple aspects of a business. It may be overkill if all you need is a CRM but it’s a great choice if you want a platform to combine multiple functions in one place. There’s a steep learning curve that you should be aware of but a detailed knowledge base and responsive support make it more manageable.
