monday CRM saves you the trouble of dealing with numerous tasks manually with its automation features that you can leverage easily. However, for CRM software, monday lacks some vital automation, including email marketing automation and quote management.

The signup process was hitch-free. After inputting my full name, password, and email address, I had to choose the specific reason for using the tool. The different options were work, personal usage, school, and non-profit. The platform was customized based on the option I chose. Afterward, I needed to specify my role, whether as a business owner, freelancer, director, C-level, and VP. All of this took less than 3 minutes.

Building an audience using monday CRM is pretty straightforward. You can import all your client data from Excel or include them manually. It supports different files, including .csv, .xlsx, and .xls. This software already makes it easy for you to create a personalized section for each customer.

The important details include the contact name, priority, title, company, phone number, email, lead type, and the time for the next interaction. You’ll also have to note these details when creating your Excel file. That way, you’ll save time and enhance efficiency.

I tested out automation, and it’s a game-changer—but only if you’re on a paid plan. The process is simple: you set up a trigger, define a condition, and select an action. I tried automation for status changes, task assignments, and item creation, and it worked flawlessly.

A robust CRM and PM tool
I always tell people on my team that if Monday can’t do it then it can’t be done. We use it for everything from managing our sales pipeline to planning client initiatives.
Like:
  • - Very visual so you can get a good idea of where everything stands without much effort
  • - Custom dashboards for tracking info that matters to us
  • - Many integrations and automations
Dislike:
  • - The mobile app (Android) isn’t very good, so I’m often forced to use the desktop app
