Unfortunately, NetSuite doesn’t provide publicly available information related to its pricing. This is due in part to the fact that each subscription is tailored to the needs of the brand signing up. What one organization gets may be slightly different from what another organization gets.
The good news is that SuiteCommerce (the eCommerce platform) is integrated with the entire NetSuite software stack which includes CRM, ERP, email marketing, etc. With one application, you can manage a dozen business function and remove the need for separate apps stitched together with APIs. There is no free trial or free plan to test it out before buying but you can request a detailed demo of the product.

It also has multiple units of measure that integrate with the way your business works for better inventory management and cost.
The platform also has a well-developed CRM that provides insights into every touchpoint you’ve had with customers. You can see their orders, address, returns, when they’ve contacted support and via which channel, and much more. It gives you a comprehensive overview of how all your efforts are working together to acquire customers and promote loyalty.
Upselling/cross-selling

SuiteCommerce by NetSuite is an enterprise eCommerce tool that brings the core features you need to turn browsers to customers. It has multichannel selling, deep inventory management tools, SEO features, a simple drag-and-drop editor, and multiple themes within different categories. The platform also provides a robust CRM that tracks every interaction you have with customers and keeps tabs on their lifetime value so you can plan accordingly.
Product customization, control over the checkout experience, and customer segmentation give you more options to convert visitors into customers. NetSuite SuiteCommerce does have a few drawbacks. To get a pixel-perfect design, you’ll need to understand CSS and HTML and the pricing isn’t readily available unless you talk to a sales representative. If you can get past those drawbacks then it’s a solid platform to build a thriving eCommerce website.
