Easy remote payroll

We just started working with talent from abroad and Oyster made the onboarding process so simple.

Pros

Customer representatives were super helpful when setting up the account.

Cons

Can't reach them via phone.

Remote payroll solved

The onboarding process was easy to navigate, and things that I was worried about working at a non-local company were dealt with easily and efficiently, such as health insurance, payroll and work permit.

Pretty good

All the issues we thought we would encounter with remote employment were solved with Oyster.

Cons

The time for new contracts to be drawn up can vary, and sometimes we're left waiting a lot longer then expected for new hires. Its almost impossible to predict when the contracts will come through.
