The free plan is the only exception but still allows you to store up to 50 contacts.All plans come with event management, email management, contact database management, a website builder, financial analysis tools, donations, online payments, an online store, and a mobile application.

Irrespective of your plan, you get customer support from Wild Apricot. The only difference is that paid users can take advantage of multiple support channels. The support team will answer your queries Monday through Friday and seems to be knowledgeable and responsive.

The tools themselves are similar to what you’ll find in similar applications but they do look a bit dated and due for an overhaul. With that being said, they’re not difficult to get the hang of.

The site builder comes with deep customization functionality if you understand how to write code, integrates with the most popular payment processors, and supports your email marketing endeavors.
Additionally, it provides a mobile app for administrators and members, can manage events, and gives you multiple options to learn the ropes. The one drawback is that it has a relatively steep learning curve but if that’s not an issue you should be at home in a few days. Wild Apricot is ideal if you need to manage memberships and aren’t price sensitive.
