- The interface resembles a CMS, which can be complicated and confusing to work with. Also, there is a shortage in the social media integrations and capabilities.
- We can finally have a member directory and membership management all in one!
- The payment gateway could use some improvements. I had much difficulty with it and it took some time until I received help from the support team
