RingCentral Office pricing plans offer an array of options and features for small and large customers.  With four different pricing plans, pick and choose whatever is most important for you.  All plans deliver useful features including business phone or toll-free numbers, a number of toll-free minutes, unlimited calls and text messages within the USA and Canada, as well as messaging and even document sharing capabilities.  More advanced plans offer many additional specialized options including video and innovative management and monitoring tools.

Plans can be purchased monthly, but if paid for annually, there is a discount of up to 33%.  A 15-day free trial is available for all but the most advanced plan, including a 30-day money back guarantee.

For the features and services provided, the cost of RingCentral’s plans can be considered quite competitive.  Also, keep in mind that there are no obligatory hardware costs involved, as all telephone calls can terminate on your desktop RingCentral software, or on your mobile app.

Ease Of Use:

Your RingCentral implementation can be implemented and configured from a single web-based interface that you can connect to from anywhere. Almost all procedures, including purchase, installation, configuration, and parameterization, are handled through the use of procedural wizards that clearly and concisely lead you through all the necessary steps. This includes creating users, choosing phone numbers, and assigning user groups.

Once created, each user can configure their own extension as well, at least the parameters that are user-configurable, while leaving the network-wide options available only to the administrator.

Some users have reported that the more complicated features, such as complex call handling, are slightly more challenging to configure using the wizards and take a little more practice to learn.

Verdict:

Not a happy camper
I told our rep what we currently had and wanted to replace our previous system. I was told vehemently that it could do all of that. Well, what we weren't told is that it can't actually do all that we said we wanted. There is a desktop version and a mobile version. Each system has components that work but not the same components and the two don't work together. RingCentral is apparently merging both systems onto a new platform. I'm not sure we didn't take 2 steps backward. I don't have time to figure all this out. Different answers from different tech support reps. Not a happy camper.

RingCentral products and services are great!
We have been using RingCentral for about 9 months now and the service is very good. The VoIP online portal takes time to get acquainted with, especially the interface. However, the initial training and follow-on session makes the product easier to understand. I recommend it for customers small to large over POTS systems.

Great Customer Service
We are recently transfer our 2 phone lines from Verizon to Ring Central. We really like it, it cuts our costs 30% and they do have a great customer service that answer your call 24/7.

Not bad for small businesses
We’re a small business and Ringcentral has a good working auto attendant system for forwarding calls. All the other features are good too. I would recommend it for small business owners.
Like:

  • We had to sign a 2-year contract.

Cumbersome Admin Dashboard Settings and Awefull Support
the system setting are difficult to master. they are deeply woven into the interface making it difficult to find and remember which path to take to get to the simplest of settings. Being of, I believe Indian descent (not english), the support was always a struggle. When it came time to get port my numbers OUT, there didn't seen to be any knowledge of how to acomplish the task. Plenty of instruction for porting IN...none to port out. My new phone carrier worked tirelessly for 3-4 months to get the task completed through a serious of rediculous amounts of communications and conference calls. It was always a pain to get organized in Glip, Way to many emails. Too many work arounds for our small field service company.

Quality experience for many years
RingCentral encompasses many excellent features for personal or business VoIP system. It can take a little while to get used to, Ringcentral really delivers. You’ll need a great internet connection and make sure your routers are properly set up.

I’ve used Ringcentral for many years
Ringcentral is a Flexible solution I’ve used for many years. I run multiple businesses in real estate and as a serial entrepreneur, this system has all I need. The system can be a little challenging at first but once you know how to use it, it’s amazing.

Many issues
Customer service is not great. If you transfer a call it is no longer recorded. If you want to add to your current system like the call center, no one will call you back to give you a demo or pricing and they refer you to the online University that cost $400 for an hour. The training they do in the beginning is not average and they tell you they will record it and send it to you and that does not happen. They also give you a certain number of hours for training but after the first 90 days if you do not use them, they tell you they are no longer available.
